Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during sales, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment received date. Items being returned must be 100% complete, in original & resalable condition, with all original tags (unworn & unwashed). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee (15% on International Orders).​

NOTE: Sale items are excluded. All purchases on sale items are FINAL!

We will gladly accept merchandise within our Return Policy listed above but customers will be responsible for all the return shipping and handling charges. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been received, please allow 5 business days to process. For all inquiries, please feel free to email us!
